2022年12月12日に東京紀尾井ホールで行われた、第一回定期公演より「ベートヴェン交響曲第7番」「チャイコフスキー幻想序曲『ロメオとジュリエット』」に加え、東京女子管弦楽団のオリジナルテーマ曲「内なる音」を収録したライブ盤。DVDには「内なる音」、チャイコフスキー『くるみ割り人形』より「花のワルツ」を収録。
